The LeaderInMe design system is a Figma component library I built
and continue to own. It powers FranklinCovey's global education
platform across 50+ countries, serving both teacher-facing and
admin products.

Nearly 50 components, documented and maintained solo, with
accessibility and developer handoff built in from the start. It's
the single source of truth for the platform and keeps growing
as the product does.
