About
I’m a Colorado based product designer, usually tinkering in Figma, occasionally wandering into creative experiments just to see what happens
Work
Featured Works
This portfolio is a mix of the professional work I’ve done and the creative work I can’t stop doing. From building design systems to crafting brands, from clean digital interfaces to delightfully weird experiments, it’s all here. Below are a few featured works that highlight the range of projects I’ve taken on. Mostly in Figma, occasionally off the screen, always with people in mind.
LeaderinMe Design System
The LeaderInMe design system is a Figma component library I built
and continue to own. It powers FranklinCovey's global education
platform across 50+ countries, serving both teacher-facing and
admin products.
Nearly 50 components, documented and maintained solo, with
accessibility and developer handoff built in from the start. It's
the single source of truth for the platform and keeps growing
as the product does.
WHAT I OWN
· Component library and token system in Figma
· WCAG accessibility standards
· Developer handoff and documentation
· Versioning as the platform grows
IMPACT
Consistent UI across multiple products · Faster design-to-dev
cycles · A scalable system built for a global platform

Virtutis Infinitae
Inspired by the text adventure games of old, The Virtutis Infinitae is an exploration of the choices you'll make when presented with world-changing power. 1 way to win, and countless ways to lose.
A solo project written in Ink, with 15,000+ words, 70 choices,
and 24 original pixel art scenes.
SCOPE
· 15,000+ words of original narrative
· 70 branching choices
· 24 custom pixel art pieces
· 3 playable characters
· Solo: writing, art, and code

The Sontatome Teller
This speculative design project, created with Peter Rosenthal and Xavier Corr, imagines The Provinces of Yigdrasil, a self-sustaining ecosystem built to preserve humanity after nuclear fallout. Our work centered on storytelling and literature, culminating in the Sonatome Teller: a device for education and empathy training that uses audio artifacts, or Sonatomes, to sustain connection and preserve culture.
The main loop involves a directory that stores associated NFC tag IDs with the names of stories stored locally on the device. When the NFC sticker of a Sonatome is placed in the reader and the lid is closed (completing our copper tape circuit), the story plays through the speakers.

Warner Plumbing
For Warner Plumbing, I developed a full brand identity from the
ground up. Starting with the logo, color palette, and typography,
then extending across every touchpoint: apparel, marketing
materials, order forms, and a project blog.
I also designed and launched the company website, giving the brand
a cohesive digital presence to match. The result is a consistent,
credible identity that holds up in a competitive industry.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
· Logo and visual identity
· Color palette and typography system
· Branded apparel and print materials
· Order forms and project blog
· Website design and launch

Other Projects
Not every project gets the spotlight, but these still have plenty to say.
LeaderinMe
As Lead Product Designer at FranklinCovey, I design the digital
experiences that make up the LeaderInMe platform. End to end,
across products used by students, educators, and parents in
50+ countries.
The work spans everything from summer learning programs to the
webstore, all built around the principles of Stephen Covey's
7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Each product is designed
and owned from concept through handoff.

Vas Viridarium
Vas Viridarium is a speculative design project born from imagining a future where single use plastics are banned, silver is repurposed for war, and ceramics are scarce. To adapt, Americans cultivate indoor gardens of succulents that replace utensils: velvet leaves as napkins, pluckable leaves as forks and knives, and hardy stems for reuse. The project explores how design can respond to scarcity, sustainability, and our persistent desire for convenience.

Reimagined Classics
This project was a playful exploration of reimagining modern books as Penguin Classics. I’ve always loved the iconic design system: clean, bold, and timeless. I wanted to see how contemporary titles might look if given that same treatment.
Some of these stories feel like they could be future classics, and redesigning them in this style was both a fun exercise and a way to celebrate the lasting power of good design.

Iceland
A travel video from my trip to Iceland, filmed entirely on an iPhone 10. Set to music by Icelandic band Kaleo, it captures waterfalls, volcanic landscapes, and the sweeping beauty of the country. This project was both a creative experiment in mobile filmmaking and a way to preserve the sense of awe that Iceland inspires.

Actor Portfolio
I designed and developed a personal website for an actor, building the entire front-end with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The site highlights his biography, headshots, and portfolio in a polished format tailored for casting directors and industry professionals.

Motley Lux
Motley Lux is a light therapy box designed to bring comfort and connection to people in isolation. Originally envisioned as a sound-reactive piece that would ‘listen’ and respond to the user’s voice, it evolved into a hand-built light box made of wooden cubes, acrylic, and neopixels powered by Arduino.
The shifting colors draw from chromotherapy traditions, designed to help users reflect, focus, or simply brighten their mood. The result is a unique object that blends craft, technology, and emotional well-being.
